Caledonia Pride 78-64 Nottingham Wildcats (17-18, 35-32, 51-50)

Caledonia Pride started their season in style with a memorable win over the two-time defending league champions, Nottingham Wildcats.

They needed to wait until February for a first win in their debut season, but Bart Senger’s side produced a fantastic display to state their intentions early.

Turning Point – Just as it looked as though the Wildcats were clawing their way back, cutting the gap to a single point at the end of the third, Pride put together a pivotal 14-3 start to the final period.

Key Stat – Domination on the boards for Caledonia as they out-rebounded their opponents 56-36 with the absence of Ashley Harris hurting the visitors.

Game Hero – Big-time performance from Rosanna Reynolds with an impressive double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds along with four assists for a standout efficiency rating of 28.
