Turning point – Pride trailed heading into the final three minutes, but hit a 7-0 burst to take a late lead before Merissa Quick countered to force overtime. Once in the extra period, Pride clamped down on defence to allow their visitors just three points while Tricia Oakes and Rosanna Reynolds gave them the lead, before Oakes settled it.
