BA London Lions recorded their first WBBL Championship win of the season after beating Team Northumbria on the road.
The Lions end a run of 17 consecutive league defeats on the penultimate weekend of the regular season.

Turning point – Northumbria edged ahead after an even first half, but the visitors put together an 11-2 spell to take control and they were able to close out the win down the stretch.
