It’s time for our weekly catch-up with all things #theWBBL from the world of social media…….

There were some huge games last weekend in the WBBL Trophy as the Semi-Finals were set. The masked Joana Feirera lit up the highlights reel for Wildcats as they edged past Mystics to reach the last four.

 

 

There was overtime in  Wales…..and in Scotland……. – with Caledonia Pride just getting pipped but proud of another great effort as they continue the search for a first ever win…….

 

 

In fact, it was a superb weekend for individual performances with more double-doubles than on any weekend in the league’s history…..

But only five players can grab a starting slot in the Weekly All-Star Five – what a tough job that was……

 

 

And there is plenty of young talent coming up through the ranks……especially at the likes of Barking Abbey……

 

 

The Molten 3×3 competition is being entered into a prestigious awards programme…….
