After an absence of a couple of weeks, our All-Star Five is back and there was some seriously fierce competition for places.

Georgia Jones (Manchester Mystics)
The Great Britain guard was the saviour for Mystics as they completed a fabulous double overtime success on the road at Barking Abbey Crusaders. Jones made momentum-changing shots and finished the contest with a classy double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds, as well as handing out four assists.

Natalie Bastian (Caledonia Pride)
There were celebrations in Edinburgh last Saturday as Caledonia Pride made history by coming back from a double-digit deficit in the last quarter against Hatters to cement a first ever WBBL home win. It was the guard who proved one of the main driving forces behind the famous victory as she finished with a game-high 24 points which included a perfect 11 of 11 from the line and the game-winning free-throws.

Gabby Nikitinaite (Sevenoaks Suns)
The versatile Great Britain rising star was on fire once again for Suns as she helped to dismantle Oaklands Wolves to continue Suns’ charge towards a top four spot. The visitors couldn’t lock down Nikitinaite, who poured in 26 points during 28 minutes of court time – as well as accumulating an excellent double-double with 12 rebounds.

Cat Carr (Sevenoaks Suns)
She may have been pipped for the WBBL Trophy Final MVP accolade, but Carr showed why she remains the driving force behind Suns with another spectacular performance. She was unstoppable against Wolves as she got into the territory of a potential triple-double with an eye-bulging 32 points, eight assists and seven rebounds.

Judit Fritz (Cardiff Met Archers)
The memories of the first WBBL game at the Archers Arena will live long in the memory and that is mainly thanks to the contribution of the Hungarian forward. Fritz showed her full-range of scoring capabilities for Cardiff and hit the game-winner, to wrap up an 18-point haul.She also had four rebounds and four assists as she sent the Welsh fans home happy.
