WBBL Play-Off winners Sevenoaks Suns have turned to former Great Britain forward Chantelle Pressley in a bid to defend their silverware during the forthcoming 2017-18 campaign.

Having reigned supreme at The 02 in London back in May, having also scooped the WBBL Trophy, Suns are looking to continue the momentum by bringing Pressley back to the club.

She previously appeared during the first couple of months in the 2015-16 season and averaged more than 17 points and 9 boards per game.

“We’re very excited to have her back,” said Molten Ed Percival WBBL Coach of the Year, Len Busch.

“She gives us a bit of size and energy, so it should help to fill the gap left by the departure of Anne Pedersen who is looking to play elsewhere in Europe this year.”

Pressely also suited up with Nottingham Wildcats during the inaugural WBBL season in 2014-15, when she poured 15 points per game and also corralled eight boards per outing.
