Leicester Riders made it a double-winning weekend with a convincing victory away at Cardiff Met Archers.
Krumesh Patel’s side are now 8-1 as they inflicted a second loss on the weekend for the now 3-5 Archers.

Turning point – Riders scored 20 points in the opening period to take control and despite a stronger second half display from the home side, the 14-point half-time gap was too much to overcome.
Key stat – Leicester took better care of the ball with 25 assists to 11 turnovers with Cardiff giving up 16 turnovers in the contest.
Game hero(es) – Dee Hayward top scored with 12 points, while Jamila Thompson added 10 points and eight rebounds as the only other player in double figures. Meanwhile, Alex Smith handed out eight assists to go with seven points.
