There were home wins in the WBBL Championship for both Manchester Mystics and Nottingham Wildcats on Saturday afternoon as both put a dent in their opponents’ Play-Off hopes.
Mystics were on fire in the second half as they stormed to an 86-55 victory against Caledonia Pride off the back of a combined 40 points from Rheanne Bailey and Georgia Mystics.
Wildcats were on top from the outset against Archers as they overran the Welsh side 74-48 to improve to 7-7 in the table. Alyesha Lovett and Ashley Harris both starred with double-doubles for the winning side.
