This week sees one player rack up one of the highest performance efficiency valuations in WBBL history.

Jen Ashton (Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters)
The point guard is on fire right now and keeps her slot in our starting five again after showing her quality for Hatters as they outlasted Manchester Mystics. That propelled them into the Semi-Finals of the Trophy as Ashton finished the contest with a dazzling double-double of 19 points and 10 assists – as well as 5 steals.

Cat Carr (Sevenoaks Suns)
The WBBL Trophy holders are safely into the last four of the competition and will continue to defend their cherished silverware after claiming the win they needed against BA London Lions. Carr is also back in our starting five after posting a typically influential 13 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists for her side.

Evelyn Ovner (Team Northumbria)
It proved to be a bitter-sweet game for the Swedish forward as she provided the foundation for Northumbria’s road win at Caledonia, only to find out it was enough to send her team into the Semi-Finals. Ovner harvested a sparkling double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds, as well as swatting four shots.

Gianna Woods (Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters)
Hatters are determined to land the Betty Codona WBBL Trophy with it being named in honour of the club legend and she masterminded the win against Mystics, with Woods a central figure. The forward amassed an eye-catching haul of 17 rebounds, to add to her 13 points, 3 steals and a blocked shot.

Jamila Thompson (Leicester Riders)
It’s been a while since Thompson has been one of our starters, but returns in real style after a truly spectacular effort in the Trophy win against Wildcats. She brought up the best performance of the entire season and also one of the best in WBBL history with an astonishing 12 of 13 from the floor for 29 points, as well as 12 rebounds and 6 assists.
