The WBBL Trophy dominated last week’s action and there were plenty of big performances and intense competition to make the starting line-up.

Alison Gorrell (Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters)
There were a pair of wins for Hatters and it was Saturday’s pivotal victory against Manchester that secured their place in the last four of the Trophy. Gorrell was at the heart of the success with an all-action 15 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds and 2 steals.

Lauren Milligan (Oaklands Wolves)
While Wolves were not able to advance to the Semi-Finals of the Trophy, they did at least get to do the double over Cardiff. Their latest win against Archers was paced by Milligan, who harvested a spectacular 7 blocked shots along with 11 points, 12 boards and 3 steals.

Jess Good (Sevenoaks Suns)
Already safely into the next phase after winning their Trophy Pool, Suns signed off the Group stage in style by soaring past Essex Rebels on the road. Good was the standout performer as she recorded 24 points from 69% shooting, plus 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.

Urysla Cotton (BA London Lions)
It’s a debut spot for Cotton in our starting line-up this season after she produced one of her best outings of the campaign in the win against Essex. She finished the contest with a highly productive and eye-catching 28 points, 12 rebounds and 4 steals.

Kara Bonenberger (Newcastle Eagles)
While the Eagles had to settle for second place in their Group after being edged out in a fierce battle to make the Semi-Finals, they ended their Trophy participation with a success against Pride. Bonenberger starred with a super 20 points and 11 boards.
