Kara Elderkin (nee Bonenberger) is swapping the stripes of the Eagles to suit up for Durham Palatinates in 2019-20.
After three impressive seasons on Tyneside, she will now take her lengthy list of attributes on the floor to the north east’s other WBBL franchise.
“I always try my best to lead by example by working as hard as I can on and off the court,” stated Elderkin.
“This will be my fourth WBBL season now, so I am very aware of what to expect and what is needed,” she stressed.
The acquisition of Elderkin continues an impressive list of new faces stacking up at the ambitious Palatinates, including the likes of Mollie Campbell, Dee Hayward, Claire Paxton and Nicolette Fong Lyew Quee.
