Cardiff Met Archers continues to build their 2021-22 roster with the addition of Levi Warren and Sara Jorgensen.
Both players will return to the Welsh club, with 25-year-old Brit Warren starting her eighth consecutive season with Cardiff, whilst 26-year-old Swede Jorgensen returns for her fourth.
“I am really excited to return for another season with Archers,” said Warren.
“I can’t wait to get back on court with the team. I’m looking forward to seeing how I can develop as an individual but also how as a team we can build on from last year, I’m excited to see what we can achieve this season.”
Jorgensen, who also previously played for Young Harris College in the US, also said the club were looking to ‘build on last season’s performance’.
“It’s great to be back with the Archers for my fourth season,” said the guard.
“I’m very much looking forward to getting back on the court with everybody and continuing to build on last season’s performance.”
Head Coach Stef Collins added, “Levi is a true testament to commitment, she’s been a part of our Archer programme since the age of 18 as an undergrad student her at Cardiff Met and is now heading into her eighth season in the WBBL.
“Her confidence continues to improve playing at this level, and it shows from her performances this past season. She is the true definition of a team player, she’s selfless and dedicated to the Archers programme.
“Sara is one of our most versatile players, she can play both ends of the floor – she’s competitive and can really create problems for the other team.
“I’m excited to see what she can do this season as I know she has much more to give and continues to push herself to support the team and our aspirations.”
