Caledonia Gladiators have announced Robyn Lewis to their WBBL roster for the forthcoming 2022-23 season.
Robyn, born and bred in the West of Scotland, started her basketball journey at St Mirren Basketball Club and climbed the ranks as a Scottish National at every level, before embarking on her pro career.
Robyn brings a wealth of WBBL experience from her time at Leicester Riders, Caledonia Pride and most recently Cardiff Met Archers.
Prior to her season away from basketball, Robyn clocked up an average stat line of 35 minutes, 7 points and 5 assists per game, including an average free-throw percentage of 81%.
“I’m really looking forward to being back in the WBBL this year, especially playing at home,” said Robyn. “This kind of investment in Scottish basketball is something I couldn’t have imagined growing up.
“It’s amazing to think young girls can continue to see that pathway strengthen so much closer to home. I’m just really excited to be a part of it and can’t wait to get started.”
