Caledonia Gladiators today confirmed the addition of Marlee Ball to their WBBL roster for the 2022-23 season.

Growing up in Ontario, Canada, Marlee developed through the youth systems at Flamborough Fire, Dundas Dynamo and Blessed Sacrament JUEL, before going on to compete at Carleton University where she spent two seasons.

Marlee has prior WBBL experience having represented Cardiff Met Archers and Gloucester City Queens.

During the 2021-22 season representing Queens, Marlee clocked up an average stat line of 38 minutes, 14.8 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.

“I am very excited and honoured to be joining the Caledonia Gladiators this season,” said Marlee.

“I’m looking forward to meeting my new teammates and learning from Coach Miguel and Chantelle Handy. I’m ready to get the season started and contribute in any way that I can.”
