Suns are up to fourth after winning 79-71 on the road at Leicester Riders, with whom they currently share that league position. Catherine Carr put in the performance of the day with 26 points, nine assists and seven rebounds as Suns dominated early on.

Meanwhile, Archers, in eighth, strengthened their grip on a Play-off spot as they edged the ninth-placed Caledonia Pride 73-71 in South Wales, with Sarah Wagstaff scoring 23 points.
