Manchester Basketball are delighted to return 6’4″ centre Hannah Shaw to the 2025/26 Super League Basketball roster.
Having played for both Manchester Mystics and Manchester Giants, Shaw represented MCR in the first ever season as a franchise last time out.
Manchester Basketball Head of Operations Dominique Allen said:
“Having continuity is important to our team, Hannah brings with her a wealth of experience. It’s an exciting time for the franchise and we are really happy to have Hannah on board for a second season with us.”
Shaw added:
“I’m looking forward to being back for another year with the club. We’re moving in the right direction and it’s great to be a part of it.”
The centre has also played for the B. Braun Sheffield Hatters, where she spent two seasons, and Nottingham Wildcats where she started playing the game as a 13 year-old. After winning two Championship titles with Wildcats, she also took her talents to Europe.
Shaw was a part of Team Englands’ silver winning team from the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. She also represented Great Britain at FIBA EuroBasket in 2019.
