Nottingham Wildcats’ head coach Kenrick Liburd is excited to welcome Michelle Bradley to the club as he gets ready to hand her the chance of her debut season in the WBBL.

After initially honing her skills within the Lady rocks youth system, Bradley moved to A.E Sedis Basquet in Spain for two years before returning to the UK and representing Loughborough Student Riders last season.

Bradley has represented all age groups for the Scotland national team, including the senior team in a Luxembourg tournament – averaging 5 points per game at the U16 Division C Championships.

Coach Liburd stated: “Michelle is a hard working and solid off-guard, who has the attitude an tenacity to contribute at this level.

“She is working hard and getting better every day, which is what we ask from her. We are really excited to have her with the programme this season.”

Meanwhile the player herself commented: “I’m really looking forward to my first season in the WBBL and playing both with and also against the best players in Britain.

“I am grateful to Nottingham Wildcats for providing me the opportunity to play for them and I’m excited for the upcoming season.”
