Important wins on Saturday afternoon have seen Manchester Mystics and Caledonia Pride continue their pursuits of their respective WBBL Championship goals.

Mystics have kept their title chase alive after making it three straight wins by beating Cardiff Met Archers 78-53, dominating the offensive boards as Georgia Jones posted 20 points and nine assists, while Lauren Thomas-Johnson contributed 13 points and a huge 20 rebounds.

Pride, meanwhile, are within touching distance of the Play-off places after recording their first ever back-to-back wins in the WBBL, overcoming Oaklands Wolves 66-56 as Natalie Bastian scored 19 points and Tricia Oakes posted her own double-double of 14 points and 17 boards.
