Leicester Riders and Sevenoaks Suns both recorded Sunday wins in the WBBL Championship to close the gap on the league leaders.

The Riders inflicted a second loss on Nottingham Wildcats with a 66-63 victory, despite 24 points and 17 rebounds from Ashley Harris.

Meanwhile, last week’s Trophy champions, Sevenoaks Suns defeated Oaklands Wolves 93-77 with Cat Carr pouring in a game-high of 32 points.
