Suns advance to Cup Semi-Finals as Pride and Riders pick up home wins

Leicester Riders and Caledonia Pride both earned league wins on Sunday, while Sevenoaks Suns advanced to the Cup Semi-Finals.

The Suns defeated Newcastle Eagles 58-80 behind 24 points from Cat Carr to set up a meeting with the Riders, who beat Durham Palatinates 91-84 in the league with Kate Oliver netting 29 points.

Meanwhile, Pride saw off Essex Rebels with a 71-55 victory as Tia Weledji fired in a 34-point haul in the win.
