The Semi-Final line-up in the WBBL Trophy was completed over the weekend as the final three spots were decided.
Nottingham Wildcats were first team of the weekend to seal their place in the Last Four after overcoming Manchester Mystics with a 59-71 road victory in a repeat of last month’s Cup Final.
Ashley Harris hauled down 17 rebounds to go with 25 points in the win with Joana Ferreira dishing out eight assists.
In the South, Leicester Riders set up a showdown with the Wildcats after an impressive performance saw them take down Barking Abbey Crusaders 46-77 on the road.
Matt Harber’s side needed to win by at least five points and had five players in double figures, including three off the bench.
Erika Livermore led the way with 18 points as the visitors powered clear in the second half.
“It was a great win,” declared captain, Erin McGarrachan.
“Barking are always tough opponents with great players but we came together at the right moments to pull out a fantastic team win.
“We are excited about the semi-finals and feel confident heading into our preparations.”
Sevenoaks Suns had cemented their place, earlier in the day, as they stormed their way to a 51-97 triumph away at Oaklands Wolves behind 27 points and 12 rebounds from Renee Busch.
The double-double was one of four produced by Suns players as they ended up finishing second in the three-way tie.
Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters were already assured of being group winners in the North and they wrapped up the pool stage with an 84-94 triumph away at Team Northumbria to finish unbeaten.
Helen Naylor and Steph Gandy led the way with 25 points apiece for a fourth straight win.
Northumbria had gone into the game on the back of an exhilarating clash in Scotland after denying Caledonia Pride a first win with a 71-77 overtime success with 28 points for Alison Gorrell.
It was not the only game extended beyond regulation as Barking Abbey needed two periods of overtime before eventually seeing off Cardiff Met Archers 95-101 despite Judit Fritz’s 40 points for the Welsh side.
