Our season leader racks up an astonishing double-digit landmark for appearances this week and it’s the highest performing five of the entire season in terms of combined performance efficiency scores!
Alex Smith (Leicester Riders)
It was a magnificent and very rare triple-double for the Riders’ guard in the Trophy win against Oaklands Wolves. Her all-action display for the hosts returned a third appearance of the campaign in our line-up after Smith amassed 13 rebounds, 11 assists and 10 points in a dazzling display.
Cat Carr (Sevenoaks Suns)
It’s a fourth starting berth of the season for the Sevenoaks team leader after she guided Suns to a WBBL Trophy success against the visiting Cardiff Met Archers. Carr racked up 18 points after dropping four triples and also harvested eight rebounds and six assists in a typically influential contribution for her team.
Steph Gandy (Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters)
There’s no stopping the Hatters’ legend right now after another dominant performance by the former GB player helped to cut down arch rivals Manchester. Gandy put Mystics to the sword with a fine 25 points from 11 of 17 floor shooting, as well as adding six boards and two steals to secure an eighth starting slot.
Ashley Harris (Nottingham Wildcats)
It’s a wonderful tenth appearance of the campaign for our season leader who yet again led Wildcats to a victory with a towering effort. Harris didn’t have her best shooting night en-route to 16 points against Caledonia Pride in the Trophy, but did have an astonishing 20 rebounds, five assists and five steals to her name.
Erika Livermore (Leicester Riders)
It’s consecutive appearances for the frontcourt star who continues to take the league by storm. Livermore was too hot to handle for Wolves as she recorded another huge performance efficiency valuation of 37 after netting a stellar 36 points from a majestic 71% floor shooting. The best performance of the week also included eight rebounds and two steals.
