Both Sevenoaks Suns and Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters warmed up for next weekend’s prestigious WBBL Cup Final by taking league wins on Sunday afternoon.

Suns stayed perfect by beating Manchester Mystics 78-58, with Cat Carr, Ta’Yani Clark and Jess good all impressing. Hatters had to squeeze out a tough 52-60 road win at Durham Palatinates as Sarah Toeaina dropped a double-double of 22 points and 11 boards

Elsewhere, Nottingham Wildcats regained a top four spot by beating Caledonia Pride 88-59 with Chelsey Shumpert posting a stellar 31 points, while Jasmine Joyner was even more impressive with a jaw-dropping 24 points and 19 boards – along with a splendid 6 blocks.

Finally, Oaklands Wolves are now in the Play-Off spots as they swamped the visiting Cardiff Met Archers 95-36, with six players in double-figures.
