Meanwhile, Leicester Riders also took their win streak in the league to eight games with a dominant 97-57 success over Newcastle Eagles behind 26 points from Holly Winterburn.

Nottingham Wildcats earned a 58-64 win on the road against BA London Lions behind a huge 30 points and 15 rebounds from Chelsey Shumpert.
