Caledonia Pride were quick to bounce back from their Cup Final loss as they matched last season’s league wins tally.
Bart Sengers’ side secured a 63-73 success away at Cardiff Met Archers with 20 points from Hannah Robb, while Tricia Oakes added 15 points and 12 rebounds to help their team to 5-8.

“It was great to build off of our Cup Final performance last Sunday and get a tough win on the road,” declared Oakes.
“The team played together and with energy from the tip.
“Hannah Robb in particular has been stepping up a lot lately and played outstanding.
“We still have some work to do and are pushing ourselves to improve both individually and as a unit every day.
“This was another step in the right direction.”
Meanwhile, Nottingham Wildcats were able to build on their Cup triumph as they claimed a hard-fought 54-64 win at Manchester Mystics behind 17 points, 20 boards and 6 blocks from Ashley Harris.

Leicester Riders kept up the pressure on league leaders, Sevenoaks Suns, after they recorded an emphatic 112-32 win at home to a heavily depleted Team Northumbria side.
Alex Smith starred with 25 points and 10 assists with Rebecca Navarro and Linnea Brandholm putting up 18 points apiece from the bench.
Oaklands Wolves picked up their fourth win with a 72-73 overtime success against Cardiff Met Archers, despite a triple-double from GB’s Stef Collins.
Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters were also victorious with Gianna Woods netting 23 points to lead her side past BA London Lions, 45-72, away from home.
