Rachel Harvey joins Nottingham Wildcats for rookie season in Super League Basketball

The Nottingham Wildcats have announced the signing of rookie guard Rachel Harvey for the 2025/26 Super League Basketball season.

Harvey joins from Eastern Washington University where she secured a masters in Organizational Leadership after four years at California State University studying Kinesiology.

On the basketball court her career high as an Eagle came against Warner Pacific, where she accumulated 15 points and 7 assists. Leading her team from the three-point line, coming in off the bench, Harvey shot 47%.

Discussing her move to Nottingham, Harvey said:

“My passion for basketball remains as strong as ever, and I am excited about the to start a new chapter with the Nottingham Wildcats. I am ready to put in the work, , grow with my teammates, and leave it all on the court. Let’s Go, Wildcats!”

Wildcats Head Coach Karen Burton added:

“I am very much looking forward to Rachel joining the Wildcats. As an athletic guard, we are looking for her to spearhead our defence, whilst leading from the front offensively.”
