It may be the middle of February, but we are still welcoming debutantes, with another two this week.

Alex Smith (Leicester Riders)
The experienced combo-guard was on top of her game in front of the BBC Sport cameras as she showcased her skills to a global audience. Smith finished with 27 points in the East Midlands derby clash against Nottingham, torching Wildcats with a super six triples and also handing out 4 assists and grabbing 2 steals.

Cat Carr (Sevenoaks Suns)
The unbeaten league leaders came close to losing their perfect record at Caledonia Pride, with the experience of Carr absolutely priceless in escaping with a hard-fought win in Edinburgh. She was just one assist shy of a magnificent triple-double, as she garnered a sparkling 17 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists.

Lauren Milligan (Oaklands Wolves)
The Wolves are beginning to show some real bite of late and their latest win came mainly due to the stellar play of Milligan who was the central figure in a tight derby success. She caught fire against BA London Lions and makes her debut in our line-up after racking up a 15-point and 10-rebound double-double.

 Jamila Thompson (Leicester Riders)
The forward lands her fourth appearance of the campaign in our fantastic five with another impressive showing, once again showing she is arguably the best passer of any ‘big’ in the league. Thompson finished with a fine double-double of 13 rebounds and 10 assists against Nottingham on BBC Sport.

Christina Schnorr (Cardiff Met Archers)~
Our final debutante produced a super shooting effort in Durham to take Archers past Palatinates, as they look to re-ignite their bid to make the Play-Offs. Schnorr finished the contest in the north-east with 20 points from an excellent 64% shooting effort, as well as harvesting 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks.
