Leicester Riders are now on top of the pile after a 92-72 win at BA London Lions saw them climb above Sevenoaks Suns – who play on Sunday – with Jennifer Ashton scoring 20 points.

Meanwhile, the bottom side Essex Rebels kept the Play-off chase alive with a first ever away victory in their inagural WBBL campaign. Cat Lutz (23 & 13) and DeAngelique Waithe (20 & 14) both had double-doubles as they took the head-to-head with a 78-65 defeat of Cardiff Met Archers.
